There are 7 new (out of box) Doma Racing titanium 0360 slip ons for $109 plus $10 shipping on Ebay motors. There may not be mounting brackets.
I just bought one for my 550 and have already fitted one similar to it on my 650.
Seems like a good price even if you need to get sone brackets.
I can provide the link later if you dont see them.
Also interesting is the Doma logo on the left side.

Thanks for posting that link, Pollo! I did a little research and saw that some reviews stated that low end was a little softer than stock, but mid-range and top-end were great.

Do you happen to know:

1. Does the 0360 have a spark arrestor? If not, easy to add?
2. Any mounting challenges on the FE550 (I have an '05)
3. I have a 98 dB limit - is the Doma loud?
4. How did your FE550 respond to the muffler? Power? Any jetting changes needed?

Thanks!

Tony

I haven't recieved it yet but will post when I do.
It appears to have the smaller opening enduro end cap but not sure about a spark arrestor yet. I have added a few in my time though.
And im not sure about mounting brackets yet but I have also made custom brackets before. Or even buy sone from another slip on.
I currently have one of similar dimensions on my Fs650 that has the larger end cap opening for street use. It is loud and makes it run a little leaner but no jetting changes. Its not a huge improvement from stock but does feels like a little more power everywhere on the 650.

I got the Doma 0360 today. It is new and as you see in the pics it does have a small dimple or 2 from being bumped around but that's all.
There are no brackets as I thought and would need to make some. Size and dimensions will fit though. I thought the end cap opening would be bigger, as you see it smaller than the stock opening. The stock is 1 1/4 while the Doma is just 7/8. I don't know how that will translate into performance until I try it but it is probably not that loud and may not need any jetting changes. A zip tie put down in the opening stops around 6 inches in like it has a spark arrestor which is good. I also have a pic next to the KTM500 stock cap and it must not be as restricted as that one.
Anyway, I have not ridden the 550 off road yet and it will be with the stock exhaust first.
I also have a spare stock slip on that I compared weight to and the Doma feels quite a bit lighter. Probably a few pounds.
The Doma will have to be an experiment when I get around to making some brackets.
I have also made some stock end cap mods on the extra slip on in the past. Not sure if I would end up trying that with the Doma to make the opening larger. The cap is riveted on there.

With further inspection the Doma does not have that bulky propeller inside it like the stock exhaust has.
But a clean straight shot to a smaller exit.
And it does have a curved exit as the stock one has.

I also found my Akrapovic spark arrestor 1 1/4" screw in insert.
This might be the perfect solution. Cut, burr and fit in the Akra insert to the Doma.
Project pics later.

I grinded off the rivets and popped the cap off. As you can see no spark arrestor and the exit tube looks tiny. So I had an extra oem cap with a shortened tube that I clamped and JB welded a spark arrester screen on then added some metal tape as the cap is a loose fit on the top and bottom. Side to side fit is nice and snug. I believe it will work. I plan on riveting it on and using High temp silicone to fill the 1/8 inch gap on top and bottom.

If it helps Pollo, I dyno's a standard FE exit (25mm or 1") against the FC exit (32mm or 1 1/4") on my lil fully tuned 400 and there was 1bhp all the way from the bottom to the top and no difference in DB at all.

Thanks, It is a standard 1 1/4 inch FE endcap from the 550. (Seems close to 1 1/4). The endcap was 7/8 on the Doma can.
The exhaust does seem to make it through the Doma a little easier the way it is routed inside. And the can is lighter and sounds cool.
Looks cool too:)
So whether it ads more HP, maybe not too much , but for $109 at titanium silencer was worth it for the added bling.
