I picked up a 99 FE501E. I Plan to dualsport it. I am third owner original owner removed lights,speedo,etc... Don't know if it ever had turn signals.
I could use some pics of the original gauges,switches,wiring if anyone has one of these. I need to know what I'm looking for? It has a odometer/ speedo hookup on front wheel hub. I assume it had one or both speedo/odo.
I have found a Brembo rear brake master cylinder switch for the rear brake light although I don't have the rear light yet or know if it was a dual filiment bulb. Have an empty headlight housing no bulb and no rubber bulb cover ,just an adjustable glass housing. There is a headlight switch under the seat an electric start works!
So...if anyone can photo theirs and post them I'd appreciate it.
I also do not know what these bikes were equipped with. I've seen pictures of them with turn signals on them but don't know if they were ever an OEM option.
