Hi guys

while mending up my husaberg fe501 '97 I discovered that my suspesion was somehow upgraded to not a serial ones.

Here the trouble comes I did clean the inside, changed oil and inner seals on forks. While I was trying to find spare dusts seals I failed.

Can't find this type. Looks like it is an old type which goes ,,over'' tube instead like most of modern ones inside the tube.

Can anyone help me with finding replacement parts?

Dimensions 40x54,5x20mm.

Thanks in advance for any tip and hint.

From your avatar, which is hard to see any detail, it looks like your bike is a Frankenberg. The tank from a 2000, frame from a 97, forks from a 96?

Without knowing more my guess would be that your forks are *********** 4057's.

They came on the 1996 models I believe.

Race Tech denotes these forks as WP 40 U.

Your inside seal measurement is 40mm isn't it?

The part # is FWDS 40 P for the dust seal. $39.98 USD for a pair

Call or e-mail Race Tech. They will be able to get the correct dust seal for you.

Here is a picture of the WP 4057 forks so you can compare to yours.

The triple clamps are not produced by WP I believe.

These forks were used on ATK's.

Many thanks for help.

Today I spoke with the owner of Enduroklassiker and got things sorted!

Parts on the way.

Post some pictures of your bike. I am curious to see what exactly you have there.

Before and after fixing it all up.
