Hey Soothie

perhaps you're like me and would like to know the colour of the Husaberg frames?

the ones with the light metalflake and a green hue to the colour?

anyone know what the code of it is?

the compostion codes?

regards

Taffy

Hey taffy, sorry for slacking alot of stuff happend in life, now thooo the bike is getting rebuilt but i need some help, alot.. Idk where to atach the 12v regulator, Can you take a photo of urs? :)

the regulator and the rectifier are seperate on the 2002 and go on a post just behind the oil trap entry to the frame. in 2003 the reg/rect were a single unit and mounted on the rear inner mudflap (shock guard)

have a photo of the 2002 set up. it is har dto believe it till you see it. email me for the photo.

regards

Taffy

I would make you the color if you didn't live so far away. All I need is a part of a color you need to make a custom tint. Its what I do.
I have all the Omni MTX paint and toners and have been painting cars and matching colors for 30 years.
I don't have a blue framed bike right now. But best way to match it without a paint code is to polish a section on the frame that hasn't been faded by the sun. And go by that area for your match. Or polish and send the kickstand to someone to match if the frame being toted around isn't going to work.
Other option is to find the paint code used for the bike and have it mixed. But that might be hard to find.
I made some a while back to touch up rubbed through areas on my 05 FE650.
But that's been a while.
