I've noticed that a clearly defined classified tends to garner more interest than a post constructed in the vein of "hey, I'm thinking of selling, what do you guys think I should sell it for?". I can't tell you why, but often, the latter type of thread gets no responses. If you're interested in selling the bike, I'd suggest biting the bullet and saying so, including all the pertinent information that would be included in a classified ad.
It doesn't help that we don't have a real classified system and for that I'm sorry, but I promise I'm working on it with gusto
