I got my new BERG 390 and the first ride after one hour of use the bike stalls and didn't want to run.. At that time I was using a AKRA slip on and I was told that the 390 was not accepting any exhaust till I get the reflash mapping thing in the ECU, so I thought that was the problem..

After that I went back to the OEM exhaust, reset the ECU disconnecting the + batt cable and the bike looked good and was running OK in the garage, one week later (today) I went to the trails and after one hour of use the bike starts failing and shuts down every time I was trying to turn it on, then I start making any kind off electric tests, fuel tests, connectors, etc and every thing was locking perfect, then I tried to start the bike again and the problem was still there but by each time I was trying to turn it on the failure was getting wooooooorse!!

Then I got home and took out the GAS TANK, drained the GAS and took out the fuel pump to check inside and this is what I found;

Huh, I coulda swore I replied to this. Guess it didn't take.

Anyway, this has been reported before.

Apparently, on some bikes, something got left inside at the factory.

My theory is that this is uncured plastic from the tank molding process - but that is just speculation.

Due to engine problem that might be possible like your problem,you have to check your bike at garage for better result as well as inform about your problem,sometimes tank leakage problem may occur,so you just visit at nearest garage
for better solution.
