A few months ago I set out to build the ultimate Snow Bike.

So i purchased Memphis. It is a 2009 Husaberg FE570 with 32Hr. on it. From previous builds I found that the 570 is a perfiect choice for a Timbersled Mountain Horse snow bike. the build started.

Off to KMS Performance in Pheonix Az. for the turbo install. They are now selling a kit patterned off of this build.

nice !

thats a really good use of the void between the front wheel and the downtube

Phat. Wow. Cool bike.

I see some nice things like a bov, boost controller, a shut down switch for oil or fuel pressure near the steering head ?, looks like a thermocouple in the turbo, wideband O2, intake air temp sensor in outside air, custom exhaust.

Can I ask where you got your slave guard from ?

Looks like you're running the stock ecu, I am surmising that you have a shut down system daisy chained to the main power relay for critical conditions.

Sick, khool etc etc.

Edit, snowbike kit and the snow to go with it is cool. Must be xxx cold where you are, the left hand radiator has a shroud to help preheat the intake air ?

The Hobbs switch by the steering neck is an injector cut out. I does not let the secondary injector fire until the intake plentium gets to 1lb of pressure.

The SS line on the turbo is the oil feed line.

The slave guard is a Husaberg part, but the counter shaft bearing support is a custom part made by KMS performance.

Yes stock ECU. The secondary fuel system is a PCV with wideband auto tune.

The intake air filter and pre filter is in the shoud to keep out of harms way. These bikes do not build any kind of heat in the snow.

Great observations!

Yes those wheels I purchased came in handy. They have more miles on the dyno than the road. :D

I do believe I recognize those wheels and tires! :D

Your bike is killer and I can't imagine what's it's like to ride.

so COOL

I love how that thing is subtly imposing. An educated brute.

Did you try riding it w/ the turbo when it still had wheels?

Please do post videos if you can!!

Thanks for the reply mate. What sort of boost do you run on that thing ? Insane bit of gear :bounce3: If I get 70 hp out of my aspirated motor I'll be happy.

I did ride a little with wheels but the turbo is in the way of the front tire. I had to be VERY careful when setting the front tire back on the ground at 80mph in 5th gear. It was the only gear I could load wit at full throttle. I shook for at least an hour after that first ride.

Here are some videos from this weekend.

Sounds nice.... what is your rev limiter set too?.....gets there pretty quick :D

That motor makes that track system work for it that's for sure...:D

your links didn't work to click on directly but if you copy and paste it comes up... nice build man

I fixed your vid links for you. If you use the long youtube URLs (youtube.com instead of youtu.be), they should work fine. Very sorry for the trouble.
