So Ive been having some trouble with my bike for a while. I managed to track the problem to the injector because as soon as I took the injector out it ran good for like ten minutes and then back to mrs grumpy, second time it was out I had it professionally cleaned, but same result, ran ok for ten minutes.

Symptoms would be it takes a dozen revolutions for it to start warm (anything but stone cold), bogs on low revs and engine sound slightly cracked up (lean condition). I hooked the lambda up and it would start at ok AFR but in a minute or so it would gradually go leaner and leaner. So its not clogged it just wont deliver fuel as it should.

Today I fitted a brand new injector and now it runs well all the time :) *sigh of releif*
Just a heads up.

Edit: I also replaced the male fuel connector with the equivalent KTM part (77707010000) that has a filter in the connector, this part fits the OEM female.
Im going to fit a golan filter eventually, this was the quick fix and I like the idea that the filter is easily accessible.

Try cleaning the old one your self. To see if it's right check the spray pattern on a piece of cardboard. Should be a nice round pattern. You have hook it up to hose on your bike. You may or may out learn something.

Totally works now! Rode it today and yesterday with no issues. Good starting cold or warm and a different post code of umpf :)
