Can you see the slits I put in there ? I think it works. I am going to clean up the slits and open them up just a little bit more. I also repacked my clutch with a little bit of dog hair, that seems to be working too.

And I went ahead and cut the hole thing out of my bikes anus.

If you are in the market for an aftermarket muffler, you might want to try this first.
I just did 70 miles with lots of big Idaho over-reving steap down hills and no screeching or wining anywhere at all.
Almost perfect, a little tuning and a new tire is all it needs.
 
I bet it sounds good too.

i tried just removing the whole endcap, it was painfully loud

the one i made with 3mm thick stainless tube weighs a ton

Did u lose alot of backpresser by taking that pipe out of the end cap and did u feel a couple mph loss on the top speed?
