Rotor specs for -02 FE650?

Looking at getting my -02 FE650 registered after finally getting everything (almost everything) running. Iíve been looking for the specifications for the brake rotors for my bike, and itís hard to find! My rotors are 4mm thick where there is no wear (so 4mm brand new?), and 3.3mm thick where the brake pads have worn it down. According to the -04 service manual, the rotors should be changed when they get to 4.5mm thick. Thicker than these are when theyíre brand new.
Iíve looked at the -02 service manual (that some angel posted here on the forum) but it doesnít state what the thickness of the rotor should be.
Has anyone had similar issues? Or know where to find the specs?

Cheers

Are looking up front or rear rotor spec? The FC/FE have a thinner front rotor than the FS. By the numbers I think you are reading are at the rear. And if so you it would be time to replace rotor and pads.

I have been using rotors and pads from the KTM SX250 2010-13 on the front and rear on my 2001 FC550.

Correct, those measurements is the read disc.
Just from memory I think the front disc was a little bit thicker. Iíll measure it again when Iím back in garage
Would the rotor really be worn out if the original thickness was 4mm and itís down to 3.3mm? Just a 0.7mm shave!
The step in the rotor from the non-contact surfaces to where the pads have worn it down is feels significant to the touch, but when meausured just a measly 0.7mm.
Is there a general recommendation for rotors for when they should be changed? Like when theyíve lost a certain % of thickness?

I have let my disk wear thinner that the minimum spec of 3.5mm, but the disk can easily be bent and over heat. I would not put new pads on a disk worn below the spec.
