Yup. Just changed the shock spring, now it's at 103 race, 37 free. Might be a tiny bit stiff, but nothing's perfect. Also it's a progressive, so it's time to just ride and feel it out.

Once it bounces in a little, I'll measure again, or just tweak based on how it feels. I expect this spring is a great improvement. The spring I took off was 118 / 16, way too soft.
