70 degree On-Bike Shock Spanner?

Can anyone recommend a spanner tool to adjust the shock while installed on the bike?

Never used one. just give a little oil, undo the preload ring, rest on paddock stand - rear wheel in air, turn the spring by hand.

that is....unless you removed beef from your diet?
