Pidoux Tubeless kits

Do the "tubeless kits" really work? Saw some on a european site and they look like they are made of carbon fiber.Anyone know if these are worth the money? Sure would be easier to fix a flat on the road. The kit I saw was a "PIDOUX" brand.

The kit consists of a band that looks to be made of CF that goes on the inside of the rim over the spoke area to seal the rim. It also includes valve stems. Its surprising how long this has taken to occur. Cars and trucks have had this for years, even mountain bikes and trials motorcycles have it.
If you google pidoux tubeless you will find links and photos, but I could not post them.

$hit, I wish I had the time right now. I might get the 28th off. Can I make it back for work on the 29th?
