Well....

After sh*t tons of problems and bugs with the bike and sorting them out (cam swapping, new cam etc.) the bike is pretty much working now.

So got off dyno from today and results WITH stock ECU tuned only: 69whp and 62.3 Nm torque.

We couldn't get the Ignijet ECU to work, we lost RPM and TPS signal, ECU would not read and write correctly, software freezed two out of three times and it just plain did not work.

Very disappointed and at same time very happy. My tuner told this is easily the most powerful bike he has seen, and told it's easily +70whp with a better and working ECU. Timing was left factory because we could not tune it, only injection...

So now next step is looking ECU from GET that is for KTM 450. Comparable to MoTec stuff and he knows how tune them, and they work!

I'll upload dyno sheet tomorrow too damn tired at the moment.

Nice Hp-per-liter, you're reaching Ducati 1198 levels of tune Pretty interesting.

Torque is pretty much maxed out now, as theoretical limit is 120Nm/per litre with pump fuel. Maybe few Newtons more with the new ECU and ignition timing mapping. Most likely the power/torque curve shifts either up or down, with timing change but hp should go up maybe 3-5whp.

Gotta say this thing pulls hard and slams into rev limiter before you even know it.

nice 69 bhp on 565 cc single isn't to bad
What gearing are you running?
Mine is currently 14/43

14-45, need more rpm's.

I go through gears like nothing. Gotta try 15-45 on longer tracks, and maybe on streets now with this kinda power level. Damn I can't get the dyno sheet printed out. No DSLR to use (loaned) and no copy machine. Gotta find someway to print it.

Re: maKe's 570 motard build (the $$$$ pit)

I just spend 10 minutes comparing our graphs
My bike runs slightly better from 4-5k rpm but not much max difference +3nm+1hp
At 6000rpm yours is slightly stronger +2nm/hp after that your bike is just WAY stronger than mine
7000rpm +8hp+7nm
8000rpm+ 6hp+5nm
8500rpm +6hp+4nm

I don't understand you a/f graph though....
But with custom fuelling it will be even better can't wait maybe you reach the magic +70 hp number

PS my bike (compared graph before working the head) @ 8000rpm was 5-6 hp less as it is now so compared to yours now that's a 12 hp difference

Re: maKe's 570 motard build (the $$$$ pit)

Blue graph is tuned cruve and red is baseline curve. AFR is in lambda numbers (0.9 lambda = approx 13.23 AFR). It's tuned with User Setting Tool, and we only could change injection tables. Look at that damn horsepower curve...it would build up probably even more power if we could have changed rev limit to 10500-11000rpm.

Right now it feels pretty weird when riding. I'm hitting rev limiter all the time because it just keeps building power.

Anyone wanna buy the Ignijet ECU? I will sell it for fair price and I'm sure it works if the tuner just has time to learn and use it. My tuner told me that I wouldn't pay for him what it would have costed to tune it (50/h).

My bike has rev limiter to 10400 rpm with 450 map (stock +-9600 ) but the bike only holds power till 9000rpm so no point revving it to 10 or more.
Maybe your peak power will be delivered at even higher rpm's with other ecu
