Teanaway Washington, July 26/27

With most of our group still at the annual Idaho ride, the remaining guys want to tackle Teanaway and Yellow Hill.

If your above an intermediate level rider, come join us! I know the area very well.

It would be good to be the kind of rider who is willing to lend a hand to other riders when needed as well.

C'mon Husabergs!

Many details to follow.

I missed last year because of the crazy hard rain.

Very disappointed I cannot join you this time, out of town plans already made months ago I cannot change.

I have ridden the south side of I-90 for year now, because my buddies do not know the north side we never go there. Would kill for someone with your experience to show me around some other time if you would be so kind. Hoping you may go another weekend I am around that I might join you. Last years photos looked so sweet.

Torque Monster,

It's actually seeming like bumping it out a week might be better for more people. Some of the Idaho crew will be back and rested by then.

I will edit the dates on the original post.

We are all geared up for the 25th!

I will save camp spots at Indian Camp on Wednesday night.
Discovery Pass is needed there, as it is now a DNR campground.
Toilets near by.
Creek behind camp.
Plenty of room.

The ride will consist of Yellow Hill, down Jolly creek, up middle fork and over the pass to Gallagher lake. Back down De Roux, and out Middle fork to camp.
Carrying fuel is not needed.
Plan on all day. There is ZERO water on Yellow Hill. Bring plenty!

Advanced riders only. This IS the toughest trail in Washington IMO. Most will still need a hand.

However, my wife and some others are going to ride Miller Peak loop (intermediate) if you and your Berg want to join in on that ride!

Bring some stuff to BBQ, plenty will be fired up for you to use Saturday afternoon!

I'm working on Trailtech to show again.

So, any Husaberg riders ready to have a killer ride and weekend?!!

Dang - looks like I will have to miss this one as well - wedding in Sandpoint, ID that weekend! Please continue to post meetups and I will make it one of these times I don't have something going on!

I hope you all have a fun and safe ride!

Bummer Tony! We still have plenty of summer left.

Mounting a new trials tire, fresh oil and air filter change. Rinsed the hydration system out, and am loading the RV this weekend! I will set up camp mid week.

So far looks to be a good sized crew, and a great weekend ahead on the 25th.

If your a moderate rider, feel free to come out and say hi, and ride Miller Peak loop. Beautiful loop, face to face with Mt. Stuart.

BBQ, beverages and discussions on why Husabergs rock after the ride!

Two days of rain, and nearly 80 degrees by Thursday!! Truly epic conditions!!

I'm setting camp up tonight. Pretty decent sized group gathering, which should equate to a great time!

So, do most of us northwest members just have Husaberg garage ornaments?

Time to ride the best trail system around!! Ride report to follow!

Have fun!!!!!

Very disappointed I cannot attend. I really wanted to learn those trails from someone who know them.
