Funny as we were just talking about Shane the other day. I have a friend in Kamloops who told me Shane was there riding with him years back as I was talking about the course. He did not take the course as Shane is a friend of his And their riding levels are close, bud did note that his course is loaded with excellent techniques etc. Said it could a good thing to help with advancement. I have watched many videos and it looks good. Never hurts to see other styles and ideas

My son and I took the class two years ago. We learned more in 2 days than I learned on my own in 10 years. It was time and money well spent. But to get the most out of it, you really need to continue practicing and doing the drills he teaches. I think most people don't bother. I try to do his slow-ride drill at the beginning of each ride. It makes a huge difference for me. I also try to do most of the other drills at least once a year.

funny you should say that , I was watching another video that showed that same thing, so yesterday i rode my enduro course as slow as i could yesterday for 1/2 hour then after that 2 hours as fast as i could with drink breaks in between. Had a great afternoon .
