Ok Tom. Did some angle checking. The 70% cyl / Ducati head needs a low profile carb or injector set up if Nasa helps with fuel mapping. Might be easier to put a supercharged ZX14 in a Mazda MX5. We found a mint Suzuki Cappuccino with suspect engine, and it looks like a Huyabusa mill will almost bolt in! No problem finding over 250 HP with that blaster! Yes chassis work is clearly required. Back to bikes of course, a Ducati Supermono might be more practical for touring than your Italian- Swedish blend. Unless you are going to tour on the Bonneville salt flats, then by all means make it work. Tally Ho, L

Never mind, its just for fun, perhaps there is something to learn for me and Im not shy of sharing.
I believe it still has oem 83mm crank. Not bad for Supermono where you need good midrange out of every corner around the track. But piston speed goes "F1" already at some 8000rpm, so I understand your point with less stroke.

So I guess this project will keep you off the streets up to no good at nights? 😊

Good luck!

kinda why i'm putting a Can-Am DS450 engine in my 570... it shares the same head as the Aprilia RSV... makes for some interesting tuning options.
