New to Dirt, New to this FE570

With my Track/Race R1M in for a warranty engine rebuild, I decided to go hunting for SuperMotard track bikes. An acquaintance said he's willing to trade my 2014 CRF125BW + a reasonable amount of cash and it was done deal today.

Now that I'm looking at it, I think I'm going to ride it on dirt and public streets for a while too. I know it's a lot to learn on but hopefully it won't hurt me in the process.

Gonna do some searching here and in Google on lights and suspension stuff but just saying hi.

Thanks from steve and paolo6

Welcome

Welcome! These 570 motors are quite something. Last long time. Good reliability. Excellent power. Need to be careful with it for shure. Control your adrenaline. I have 2008 Fs550 with knobbies on it. I like it on the street and on dirt is good too. Just not good in tight single line.

Thanks guys! I think I'm just going to make it into my "It can anything fairly well" bike.

Hopefully I don't spend too much money on it but I think we all know how that goes huh?
Thanks from tourist and Alan

These bikes can indeed do anything, and I'd say they do many things better than fairly well.
Thanks from Alan

Damn right.

Sal, I originally bought my 570 as a do all bike. After having it 2 years, it does all better than I expected.
