Silicon in oil screen

When changing the oil in my fe650 04 today the oil screen was covered/full of silicon. Had the transmission and waterpump covers off 5h ago and used the old gaskets together with blue silicon (apparently too much).

Question is if any damage has been done to the engine. Looked at the oil circuit picture in the manual and as oil is pumped throgh the screen up to the paper filter, piston etc then I guess it's not so good to have a screen full of silicon. The silicon had a glue-like consistence (had to use a knife to remove it) so I guess oil would have some problems flowing through it. Will change paper filter and flush it a few times and see if anymore silicon ends up in/on the screen.
