that primary gear is fine. just use a 4" grinderette and a P40 disc. just zap anything high. if it's high it gets it. lows....don't worry.
I had that gear assessed years ago. I asked what was the narrowest i could run that gear with 100bhp and the man said 9mm. 8mm if it was a 1-piece crank but 9mm for a split crank.
that gear is 13mm wide so 50% too good for 100bhp and probably 80% too big for 60bhp.
