Check with a KTM or Husqvarna dealer and see if they can still order one for you:

Year/Model: 2007,
Item #: 19
Part Number: 80030015000
Description: CONROD REP.KIT 501/550 03
Price: $329.82 U.S

or a complete crankshaft assembly:

Year/Model: 2007,
Item #: 18
Part Number: 81530018000
Description: CRANKSHAFT 550 FE, FS CPL. 03
Price: $914.31 U.S.

Taffmeisters has one for a 501 which may fit a 550:

111122 - 501 Con Rod Kit with our special trenched pin 2004
Taffmeisters has done it again we have found a Con Rod to fit your 501, 2004 model

I would go with a rebuildable rod from CP Carillo.

Thorgan has made some posts about it here I think!, and maybe some others.

Bonsoir from Germany,

max83, when you check out this link

you'll notice, that the connecting rod repair kit is already unavailable... Obviously the complete crankshaft should be available... but no bet on that one (besides the price issue).

Guess you should get familiar yourself with "third-party-parts"... like tourist said, maybe the Carillo is the best choice.
