White line at the edge. The other thing is at 9 o'clock. It's a little before the top of the real top of the piston.

that white dot was put there to be in the middle of the ignition staple. then the leading edge of the metal 'bump' would be at the lower edge of the screw hole which I've told you about.

Like that? The white dot is more center but not center to let the bump closer to the bolt hole.

1: Taffy speaks for himself only. May I ask you to please disregard the insults?

2: No shims! These bikes don't use shims for valve adjustment.

I doubt that that's the conclusion people will come to, and am not concerned about yours

Ahhhh ok! It make more sense now. I was confused with the white paint line that is supposed to be in the middle of the ignition staple (See Image) I was focusing to much on that line.
So I just need to turn it up a few mm and then, YOUR white line will touch the screw hole. That is the Real TDC for that engine, right?

I was able to use a tool with a 0.12mm ''shim'' on one valve and it match perfectly the 1/6 adjusment. No room and no patience for the rest

I'll put my glasses on and ajust it again loll.

Start after the second try. Nice idle, No back fire. Will try it tomorow if I was on the TDC this time
