Update here. My total cost of this project looks like will be around $7000 Canadian. With that figure I have to collect funds for a while. I have a dream of big bore. Travis can do all the updates including machining and installing spherical roller mains and all. It costs good money to have good job done. So delay here by about 3 months. Updates will be posted.
Thanks from steve, jon andersson and paolo6

Bump. Here. I've been in contact with Bushmecanic and it looks like 105 mm piston is more likely than 104mm. 105 iron sleeve can go in without boring the cases. It'll need special head gasket but apparently this been sorted before already. Looks like its tilting towards copy of Elko piston. This way cr can be adjusted with different head gasket thicknesses. It'll be Cp piston. About $300 each give or take. I'll ask them if its possible toget larger skirt on load side as they are offering it in other applications. Anybody else interested? Last group buy that din't happen had more interest?

Have you tried posting in the Husaberg Appreciation Society on Facebook?

May get some interest over there.

Also what currency is your $300?

Bump. Any interest? I can't see myself carry the cost of custom run of pistons but if we could split the cost? Bushie are you interested? Anybody?
Thanks from tourist

Alright I see two guys interested I'm assuming for one of each. I would be taking maybe 3 of each. I'll be calling to get information on pistons after the weekend. Last time Bushie was interested I wonder if this time he would be?

Update

Hello folks! Have some hope here. Finally found somebody able to make what I was looking for. It is supertech performance in San Jose CA. My main request is ultra modern design for ultra long life. Wanted 4032 alloy what mahle is using and asymmetrical design what Je uses. On top of that other features like double pin oilers, low friction coating, double cut groves, accumulator groves between rings, gas ports for low tension rings, ultra thin rings, extra depth valve pockets, 38mm intake 33mm exhaust dia valves being used. Specking for 10000 rpm and 80 hp and 80 lb/ft torque. Minimum order of 12. The price in the vicinity of $220 each. If all good then I'll order 12 each for 644 older design same as 550 and 628 newer design with 80mm rod. This should be truly fantastic piston. Look up their website. Please confirm your interest. This is also low expansion alloy and a strong and hard to boot.
Thanks from bushmechanic, tourist and Alan
