Smile Oil level and oil capacity FE 450 (2012)

Hi everybody,

I hava stupid question :

I recently bought a used FE 450 (MY 2012) and I am not quite sure how to check the oil level as I have a round oil glass but In the manual is only the oval one mentioned.

- So how high should the oil level be in the glass?

- And do you check the oil level with a cold or warm engine?

- And how big is the oil capacity after an oil and filter change (the manual says 1,4 Liter, the service manual says 1,35 Liter)?

Thanks a lot guys!!

Just keep the level in the midle of the sight glass. 1.4 is good if you change the filter at the same time, go a bit less if not.
I havent seen much of a difference in level warm or cold, and if the level is a bit higher or lower doesnt matter just avoid the extremes of the glass.
Thanks from Maximotorius
