FE600 Redline? Max temp?

What is the maximum rev that you shouldn't go over on those engines? Mine is a 1994 600cc with no oil pump. And what temperature is dangerously high?

Otherwise, just got the bike running and it's finally easy to start hot and cold.

Just installed a trail tech speedo/tach, horn, brake light, new voltage regulator which is all needed for enduro reg.

I would say that safe is a piston speed of 4,000 feet per minute so around 7,600rpm. I haven't done the maths but the 644s can go to 7,800rpm on that formula and your stroke is 2mm longer so about 7,500-7,600 at a guess.
