Sure its a 450? This piston is close to a older 400 at 92mm?

There was a 380 kit for the 450's that was popular and, I'm almost certain, would have used a smaller piston. I wonder if that's what you've got.

Just ran some quick numbers and it appears that, to get a 380 from a 450, the piston would have to drop to 92mm.

Husaberg Engine Kit 380

The Husaberg 380cc kit is developed as an enduro race kit, in order to achive a very easy handling bike with a nice manageble powerband.

Jetting suggestion:

For the FE450e 04-07 with 39mm FCR:
Main 160
Pilot 38
Needle OBDVT in position 4

For the FC450 04-05 with 41mm FCR:
Main 178
Pilot 42
Needle OBDVT in position 6

Fits model year 2001-2007 of the following models:
FE 450e
FS 450e/c
FC 450
Thanks from FE350
