Well I think the bikes fine.
I bolted up the standard header and muffler. Sounds good to me.
I may upload a short video tomorrow if I get time.

Full stock exhaust, sounds much better..



I think it was just improper sealing where header met middle pipe.
I've put the Akropovic muffler back on as it saves a good 800g of weight up high and my stock can is immaculate (unused).

Yeah, valves all within spec.
I'd adjusted one exhaust valve last week from 0.20mm to 0.15.

If I pull the bike down again and fit the akro header, I'll have to do this..

Problem and Fixes - Akrapovic header (2010 FS570)

He added a hose clamp above and below header to mid pipe join and used a spring to hold it together..
