99 FC501 Vs. 2000 FC501 (Engine)

Hoping that someone one the site maybe able to assist in identifying the physical difference between the following engine parts on a 1999 FC501 Vs. a 2000 FC501. I have the opportunity to buy a 1999 FC501 engine to be used for parts in my 2000 FC501 project but I want to be sure that I can use the parts otherwise i'm just wasting my time and money.

The parts book list the following numbers as;

1999 crankshaft - 210 106 01
2000 Crankshaft - 210 141 01
Interestingly the con-rod is a common part between the 99 & 00 model (210 075 01) Whatever the change is it has to be related to the crank halves.

1999 Cylinder Head - 200 064 01
2000 Cylinder Head - 200 218 01
In this case the inlet and exhaust valves are listed as being a common part. Can't see what would be the difference looking at them externally.

In addition I have identified that the rocker cover, camshaft, cam gear, rocker system, timing chain, left side crankcase and piston are shared parts between both the motors.

From what I can see, the only significant difference between the two engines is the right side crankcase as the 1999 version utilises a mechanical clutch (cable) and the 2000 model utilised a hydraulic clutch.

From the 2000 sales brochure:

Cylinder Head
New intake ducts for improved performance
New steel valve seats for better wear resistance
New cupola inside the cylinder head
New camshaft combinations that are optimized to the new cylinder heads
New 12mm spark plug
New decompression systems: one fully automatic on the camshaft, one manual decompression lever on the handlebar and for the kick-start version one additional semi-automatic decompression.

New hydraulic clutch
New shift drum. Bearing on the shift forks for smoother and easier shifting.
New crankcase due to the new clutch
New crankshaft. Lighter crankshafts on all MX bikes.
