Seems to work, only issue is getting everything in position particularly the copper ring so it is in the correct spot and not slightly askew and hanging over the cylinder bore(just in case you get a little rod stretch at high rpm). Gaskasinch(sp) or some gasket glue of some sort will do.

I hope it works, I want to see your BEAST running without issue. Wish I had a little bit of your machining skill/experience and the bitchen set of tools to do the things you do. Way beyond my wheel house.

Get that thing BRRRRAAAAAAAAPPPPPPIN now why don't ya.

I knoooooow!
Season is over here, so testing will have to be done either in dyno or on cold slicks to the next village...

I did manage do get some laps though. Pulled even on the tall straight with SuperSport 600 bikes, which was quite amuzing!

When mounting the engine in the frame, I hurt my back. More specific it felt like getting stabbed straight into my left buttock. I have not been able to move myself around decently, until now, so test start is still to come. Hopefully this weekend. I also lost a dear friend in a motorcycle crash last weekend, so the motivation, among other things, has been low.

Thanks for caring! I'm slowly accepting the fact that I will never meet him again. It hurts. His widow, sons of 14 and 9 and his sister are devostated and experiencing a suffering I cannot comprehend.

Life sucks then you die. But try to have as much fun as you can in between. Not trying to be funny. For your back next time lay your engine on it's side on the floor then lay the bike over the engine mount it pickup bike. Seen this on TV.
Thanks from Dr_C

These events remind us about appreciating what we got, enjoy every moment of life and treasure it as it was the last.

Sorry, but that will not work with this frame/engine. Engine needs to be sunk down in the frame from the top, angled 90 deg backwards.

Anywho, thanks for trying to help!
