2009 FE450 -> 570

I'm on the lookout for a FE570.

A friend of a friend has a 2009 FE450 that is due for a top end rebuild and I think I could get it for a good price.
I'm trying to determine if it's a simple as getting a 570 cylinder and piston and hooking it up?
Or is that asking for trouble?

thoughts please.

Re: 2009 FE450 -> 570

I have a 570, And a spare 450 engine. i wanted to use the 450 barrel and piston to put on my 570 engine. I was told it would not fit for some reason. don't know if it will work the way you want to try.
