Taffmeisters DVSK upgrade FOC!

anyone who has had a DVSK off me in the last year will have found that they have had to settle for a smaller 'installed height' than would have been preferred. I have had some really thin steel shims made at 0.1mm and will gladly send them FOC to anyone who has bought a set off me in that time. just tell me who you are and when you bought them and I'll get them off to you. even if you don't need them now you can have them awaiting a rebuild etc.

regards

Taffy

will it have any affect on the motor without them, as in will it damage the motor without them in?

are you guys nuts?

i refuse to degrade myself by answering such bollocks....

i need to start a new thread ..... J,M mo God!

if you fart into the airbox at idle you can cause real damage, it'll suck any balls you have left in and any girl knows where you keep your brains......

Re: Taffmeisters DVSK upgrade FOC!

Surely there is some misinterpretation going on here....
Elsnoro and Sickd you do both have steel washers between your DVS and the alloy head yeah?
What Taffy is offering is some thinner washers to help acheive closer to the ideal "installed height" of the valve springs.
BUTT if you have installed the DVS directly onto the alloy head without the steel washer then your stupidity far outweighs your machanical abilty and you should not be working on your motor. (I think thats what Taffy was implying)

What I cant suss tho is..... J,M mo god. got me beat.

Taffy..... if your still lurking around this thread then.... I should like you to send me some of them thin as washers please.

Strange

Have 3 heads with original double springs 350-400-501 93-98 and non of them had any kind of washers under the springs.
But i know that the people at Husaberg factory who have designed the engine was not so smart as the UHE folks are
