I Ride:
cast is off

Hi all,

Just like to say I had my final visit to the hospital today and the old cast is off, but my knee joint is still as stiff as a board but should be some thing like in a week or so.
Just waiting for the front end parts to arrive so I can rebuild the folks and the iron steed rides again, not to the wife's approval my I add.
I also seem to have lost the waitress service, she says I can get my own beer from the fridge, ruthless women, nice while it lasted though.

Great to hear that you have got your cast off mate!

If you haven't already, start taking glucosamine with condroitin. It takes a couple of weeks to get fully into your system but it helps with joint stiffness.

Let us know when you're riding again!
