Acerbis daren't upset KTM by doing any repeat but private business. they claim all the moulds were lost in Italy so the Acerbis guy hads got Husaberg and the red Husqvarna muddled up.

I have written to Racetech and will try them again. If nothing else they could perhaps do the open backed fork gaurds they presently do in black for me in yellow and in blue.

I can dream!

Thanks for your efforts. Let's not be to pessimistic.
That been said a buddy of mine bought a 2008 Husqvarna510 smr and everything plastic related is available from two or three after market companies + oem support from Italy. 90-125euro for the hole plastic kit. Wich makes me a bit envious.

I can only guess how many Husabergs were sold compared to Huskies. 25% in the 90s? None in the 80s.

Had a load of KTM big end pins shortened together. The big group are 32mm for the 400/470./501/550/644.
there are two 35mm pins for the 628s

2 x 450 pins for the 2004 450s. These have to have a trenched pin most often. Looh closely and you can see a groove.

On the meantime I am getting 1999 decals re-manufactured. Attached is the first draught. I have OEM left but not right for some and other times both or none.

Rocker Bushes
I don't want to go Chinese, these rocker bushes and my Con Rods are from there but the quality is brilliant! these dotted pads hold oil, the fit against the rocker shafts is bang-on. respect!

BTW, my rods come from Taiwan. If you tell the Taiwanese they come from China its a bit like saying a Canuck is a Yank or a Scot is an Englishman.

CFBs (cam follower bearings)
The CFBs for the 1989-2002s are back in stock. WE have had a batch made in co-operation with a large Husky dealer.

I found one 1993-1994 seat yesterday under a pile of stuff. be quick!

we are now out of 1994-1996 tailpieces (as of yesterday)
we are out of 1997-1998 front MX boards.
we are out of 1999 old gold front MX boards.

we have 3 front MX boards left (1989-1996)

we're now out of 1989-1996 FE Enduro Tailpipes but still have several shorter FC tailpipes.

WE don't have any 1999 silencers left but we have loads of the tubes. in 1999 it was the same length for both FC or FE (that means 'long' and to the back of the bike). I think 40gbp for these ($50) will be about right.
