Camshaft types

Hi Everyone,
I have a question about camshafts, i found a post where somebody said that 08 camshaft for fs 650 2002 is better power on high rpms, and with 53 (original) camshaft the bike have a big torque at low rpm but wont enough in high rpm. What is the better for longer runing hours? Anybody have a 08 cam in pre 2003 bike?

i said it fella and the 08 cam is the standard cam for 650s 2004-2008. I fit an 08 cam in all my pre 2004 bikes.

as the orignal write up will have said, the 53 cam causes a greart deal of valve train stress, the 08, hardly any.
