after reading again
it is the ecu that must send 12v to the pump, your ecu seems defective and you have tested another ecu successfully
if all that is right, I propose to do this
take a cable and on one side you connect it to the 12v orange cable and on the other side, you connect it to the pin 2 of the fuel pump another cable from pin 1 of the fuel pump that you put in the ground
in this way, the pump will start as soon as the motor is rotated
you can send the new cable of the orange cable from the FI indicator and you can easily test it
