Us anti-seized on those taped hole when putting it back together. Nice by the way

I Ride:
All bolts will be treated to some copper slip

All elec connectors be packed with dielectric grease an say be cleaner than new

Frame guards might drill out swingarm bilt hole and bond them onro frame as they gather shit behind them

I Ride: '12 FE390
The factory frame guards rub the frame badly, had to touch mine up. Another idea is to put clear vinyl on before frame guards.

I plab doing that under frame to protect it againt sump guard

Frame guards was thinking blavk silicone an hust make them part of frame

I did my frame (570) with black stone chip from new and it's still good 6 years later. Don't know why you guys are bitchin' about the fuel cap. Nowt wrong we'it. Push the release tab and turn, easy. Never had a problem. Just make sure you get a tank sock in the filler neck.

My fuel cap requires 2 hands to push it down and rajes few goes to open

Must invest in fuel sock
