I have never removed the TPS sensor. Maybe it is possible to "clock" the internals in the sensor to get the correct range?

I Ride:
Bumping this thread as Im having TPS issues.
Just did a bunch of engine work. On first start I got 6 flashing lights that means "TPS voltage too high"
Bought the tool: Voltage at .67 but I cant go any lower. Im at the limit of adjustment.
Manual says input voltage should be under 4.784. Im at 5v.
Manual says to check pins using breakout box which is a dealer only tool $$$.

Am I missing something? I had the topend all the way apart but didnt mess with electrical much except for removing some stuff to get it apart.
