Made some more progress this weekend.

Had a small setback though:

There was one clip left over after I re-assembled the engine. I thought it went on the output shaft to hold the sprocket on. I was in for an unpleasant surprise when I went to install the sprocket and my left-over clip was the wrong size!

Now where could it go? I did some more thinking and found it's place. Luckily all I had to do was pull the side cover and not split the cases.

Lost clip in need of a home. Anyone guess where it goes?

Found a spot for it!

Wiring is mostly done. Just need to mount radiator and plastic.

Almost there!!!! The only part I don't have is the water pump seal. I ordered that along with a few miscellaneous parts two weeks ago from Munn. The parts were supposed to be here today, but they didn't show up. Looks like I'll have to wait until next weekend to ride

On the bright side, the bike is looking good! I ended up fitting some Pro Taper bars instead of spacers. The bend is Pastrana FMX, which is 26mm taller than the common CR High bend.

Thanks from bushmechanic and berglsmerg

Be careful with those Pastrana bars, your bike will want to backflip off of everything!
