What is different when warm: valves get tight, check quickly when cold with you thumb and index finger. Ie click up and down on all tappets. Note if too tight or too loose. Do a proper air screw adjustment. Then change the plug no matter what it looks like. Oh turn the fuel off and then on with choke and see which one starts better?

Let us know what happens?

A quick check to do. (Especially if you are broken down somewhere).
Remove spark plug and tighten electrode gap to a nearly touching, If the bike starts you have just diagnosed an electrical issue.
I have used this many times on Canam, Yamaha, Husaberg etc.

What year is your bike?

Did you set the valves on TDC compression? Sounds like you set them on overlap if the bike will not start at all.
