Keihin carb help needed!

Okay so I have two "buttons" or "levers" on the carb, one red and one black, the one I bought the bike from told me the red one was choke and that he had seen the black one, that tells me he wasnt really experienced so he cant be trusted.

Well, I know that one is choke and the other one is for warmstarts, but I dont which is for what!

So far I am 95% sure that the red one is the warmstart help and the other is of course the choke.
What do you think?

I Ride:
And the upper is hot start, lower cold start enrichener, AKA choke. Not totally unknown for someone to swap them over, although the plunger is a different length I recall.

The red one is labeled correctly for hot starts ....it also should be a reminder to watch your arm around the hot pipe !! been there done that melted a couple pairs of gloves and some perfectly good skin
