Is it still available today, necro-mancing this '98 FE600 thread as I know mine has a great motor but this carb is killing me! Taffy?

Sticker shock on the FCRs, the Mikuni TM40 Pumper is much more affordable. Sudco for the right boots?

Bah, disregard, ordered Taffmaster's spruce up kit.

the white line that you can see through the hole in the cover is about 1mm to the left of centre.

at the altitude you're riding at I would suggest a couple of smaller MJs as well and then a little experimenting. the easy thing about altitude riding is that you are testing the bike's jetting without changing it just by going up and down. testing is very easy although a compromise is always a balancing act.

Taff, ordered one of your kits via E-Bay store for the '98 FE600e, coming to Wisconsin. Do you need any other details?

Is there a video you would recommend for doing this work? My first time doing carb work as such....Thank You!

thanks for the order. um video? no not really as i have never done one about tuning a carb. there is a video about filing the mouth of the slide bigger and you'll be required to do that.

the instructions are comprehensive with many diagrams.

cheers
