Need the jetting spec. for Akrapovic HusabergFE 650 -05

Need the jetting for FE650 -05 for full Titan Akrapovic Exhause system does anyone knows what the recomendation is. The file on the page does not work

Hi mate i have the same bike as your self what i have in mine is.ackra full system
main 182
needle (obekr)
Idle jet 45
4th clip from top
1.5 turns out on the mixture screw
Bike doesnt start on the electric leg (other problems there been to lazy to fix it has to be the easiest big bore bike i have ever kicked)
Starts first to second kick every time even after its been laid over or flipped with the hot start.
You might ride the same joints as i do

Just installed a Jetting kit today from Dale Lineaweaver, Two mains were supplied #150 and #160, The Fs650e had a # 160 already installed so I opted for the #150 as I suspected it could do with some leaning. On the test ride I noted an improvement in driveablity straight away better throttle control much more fun to ride. When it came to overtaking a truck that was holding me back it was noticeable quicker I shot past the car in front of the truck as well. I am running a full Ackra as well. Ac pump has been disconnected, on apparent boggs so far. I think I might take it out for another spin tommorrow

With Dale's kit I found that although there was no bog as such, a bit of ap gives a better initial response. Pics of my solution in my gallery. I reinstalled the ap and restricted the stroke, in fcat made it externally adjustable.

I don;t actually know what I have i the carb at the moment as it was all redone when I had it dynoed. Dale's needle was considered a good thing by the dyno man and the end result is fantastic. When I feel the need to pull the carb I shall measure up what i have, in the meantime I have other stuff to do. It shall remain a mystery for the time being.

akro full system .... 160 main , OBDVR needle 3rd clip , .. i played around with jets and clip positions and returned to the stock possie . TPS disconnected .

only seat of the pants testing .. no dyno work .

Could be wrong here but from your jet spec sounds like your running VERY rich? I know its the FE enduro dirt bike but good go leaner surely?
