Noooooo, you are not to gather, aphrehend, understand, deduce, or otherwise conclude that the frame will get hot enough to melt anything
! The exhaust pipe gets hot. Very hot. If you're wearing nylon riding pants it'll melt them on contact and it'll stick to the pipe and maybe to your skin. If you're wearing riding boots with rubber soles it'll melt them on contact. If you crash and the bike lands on top of you with the pipe in contact with you, it won't be the frame that blisters your skin.
