You can see oil residue down the front of the cylinder, and a bubble of oil on the right exhaust port header as it comes out of the cylinder.

What do you make of this? I tried turning the nut but it was already tight.

Breather hose from the rocker cover to the air box/frame is likely split or pourous.

Will check that, thanks. As for the Weep hole issue it is leaking Oil slightly, which seal do I need to replace?

Looks like you are right, the hose has a cut near the clamp.

But When I was looking I noticed this connector that is not connected to anything do you know what it is?

Slight leak, don't worry about it. If you decide to go after it, replace the bearing and all related waterpump seals and o-ring.
You may consider an Orangeberg kit. A bit pricy, but they seemed to work well on the 2 bikes I installed them on.

I'll second the orangeberg kit. Also when replacing the breather hose be careful tonot over tighten the hose clamp or you may cut the hose...

yeah I think I caused that because when I got the bike I checked all the housed and tighten them pretty good, whoops.

That connection is used when you install the fan kit.
