Expensive Yes it can be my ecu cost 1000£ alone ish
The throttle body are cheap... used from ebay from an rc8 but add all sensor wiring pump and stuff and it could get 500/600£ more


And yes finding a turner a priority...for example some might be able to work on one brand but not the one that you bought and most of them can't do mapping from scratch ...

The ecu can be changed 100% but is up to you how much work you willing to put or look into it but can be done
