08 FE 450 mod questions

Hey guys i recently bought a low mileage 08,
There are a few mods i am wanting to do to it and was going to do all the electronic ones at the same time. so i have a few question.
One how powerful is my stator? I was wanting to add a charge port or two… for phone and GPS will it handle this? If i fit plug in LEDs to all lights will it make any much difference to the above question?
I am wanting to add a key ignition any links, diagrams and suggestions greatly exceped on this subject,
Lastly i am wanting to fit a security GPS trackor/remote imoblizor… anyone got any tips, advice or recommendations here please?

Here is a wiring diagram and picture of the ignition The bike will not fire but will turn over when wired this way

There are cheap 3 pin key ignition sets locally are they suitable ?

I Ride:
you need 4 pin. it's the same as a KTM I think. it must be 4 pin. it also needs to work as per a little diagram in the book.
these must be live: A-B for off and C-D for on.

So I bought a 4wire switch, fitted it as per the diagram in Franks post, all was good for a couple of rides.... Seems my key ignition switch has shorted and failed in the off possion. Have put the switch on a circuit tester and the on possion work but the off circuit seems to be broken. Okay that's an easy swap out shame it didn't last long.
But my next question is if I have cut the circuit to fit the key ignition the bike should only run when the key is in the on possion to complete the circuit, but my bike still starts and runs with the key switch removed and the circuit broken.... So have I wired it wrong or do I have short circuit some where. I followed the circuit in the diagram in above post.

an associate has asked for information on profroming this MOD, so I fished up my old thread, but unfortunately the links here that I used to put my key ignition on my bike nolonger work.

While I am here I will give you guys a picture of my updated dash cluster two x USB charger ports, Key ignition, cigarette lighter port, and my volt meter.

I still plan to swap lights out to LED units and add a cooling fan. But other than loving my bike.
