Man. I might have to take the canned carb apart again to clean the jets better. I noticed the on on the bottom before the fuel bowel. The fuel bowl was filling with gas if that means anything. Do I turn it idle clock wise? The idle is the screw with the spring on it on the carb right? I'm sorry to sound incompetent but I am not the greatest heat with this stuff and the service manual I got with the bike sucks.

Yes turn the screw with the spring clockwise 1/2 turn just to bump the idle up a bit.

Okay back to no spark must be intermittent. I check the red and black. Came out to .8M so much higher then it should be. green and black had correct reading. Took out the stator. It was very corroded. I tried cleaning the stator with sand paper and rechecked the ohms reading. No difference. I can't seem to break the stator lose from the case cover, is there a trick? I tried to wedge it off; I tried to take the rubber screw out also but it started to strip. I figured if I got that out I could hit the stator lose from the out side.... not really sure what to do at this point.... let me know! Thanks guys!

you're going through purgatory there mate!

if you have what I call snap on 90d screw driver flat blades then they make great levers.

I don't know what 8m is for a reading but it sounds bad? what i would say is that you shouldn't espect to see a spark with a wet plug. the spark disappears.

what I'd like you to do this time is to remove the MJ and then look down in the hole and you'll see a brass tube. get that out. inside the throat at the top end you'll see a ridge 2mm down and about 0.1mm wide. this is your canray in the coal mine. it tells you how worn stuff is.

next to the MJ is the PJ. remove this and look down inside. it too should have a jet underneath inside the tube but it is often missing.
